We invite you to a theoretical-practical workshop and ceremony led by me (Sónia Lua from Portugal) and Josué Estrada from Mexico. We will guide you through a unique combination of Kashmiri Shaivism Tantra (non-dual traditional Tantra) and Mexican Shamanism (Toltec Tantra). You will learn the basic concepts of these ancient traditions and how to recognise and heal your own energy. Through techniques such as meditation, sound, movement and breathing, you will immerse yourself in a transformative experience. To activate and channel the tantric energy, enabling a deeper connection to yourself, we will also guide a Cacao Ceremony. This workshop is for anyone interested in Tantra and its connection to shamanic practices. No prior knowledge is required, just a willingness to learn.
