It is a space that brings so much blissful heart connection with one another. Cacao works with intention, and therefore you'll first set your specific intention for this journey, and accordingly I'll create a space where the Cacao magic can unfold. For this, I use different tools and practices depending on your needs and wishes. Such practices can be oracle and tarot cards, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, journaling and visualization. These tools allow you to connect deep with your own wisdom and intuition, and insights and transformation may follow. Cacao is a heart medicine in every sense, since it improves cardiovascular health due to its vasodilating properties. It has the ability to relax the muscles and enhance the brain’s absorption of “feel-good chemicals”, which results in a gentle euphoria and a deeper sense of tranquillity.
