The vibrations of the bowls seem to resonate with the memory, helping to release some emotions that have been stored in your body. You feel a sense of relief as the sound continues. The vibrations penetrate deep into your muscles and tissues. You can feel the tension and stress melting away. As you are carried deeper into relaxation, you may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in certain areas of your body, indicating that the energy is flowing and unblocking what may have been causing physical or emotional discomfort. As the session comes to an end, you feel rejuvenated and revitalized. Your body feels lighter, your mind clearer, and your spirit uplifted. In Nepal, I had the chance to learn about sound with an amazing master, who is the 7th generation of masters of sound in his family. I was also blessed to see with my own eyes how these Singing Bowls are hand made with so much love and dedication. These specific ones that you see in the pictures were done ritualistically under a full moon in Cancer. They are very high quality and made out of 7 metals: copper, tin, iron, lead, zinc, silver, and gold. In a private session, you are surrounded by these mystical bowls and in some treatments, they may also be placed on different parts of your body. The session starts with an aura cleansing, short meditation, and intention setting. After that, you receive a specific treatment with these Singing Bowls, depending on your intention. At the end, you have the possibility to share about your experience.
