In a group sound bath, you lay comfortably and are immersed in the sound and vibration of the Himalayan singing bowls. The vibrations penetrate deep into your muscles and tissues. You can feel the tension and stress melting away. As you are carried deeper into relaxation, you may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in certain areas of your body, indicating that the energy is flowing and unblocking what may have been causing physical or emotional discomfort. Eventually, you enter a theta state, which is a state of deep relaxation and meditation between wakefulness and sleep. As the session comes to an end, you feel rejuvenated and revitalized.
