MY STORY & MISSION
I was born in north Portugal, in a small and green village in the countryside. There I lived in a farm, surrounded by nature and plenty of animals until the age of 12, when the whole family moved to Andorra, where I lived until the age of 23. After that I lived in different cities, in Spain mainly. Right now, living in a small city in north Germany.
I always felt a very wild and free spirit, but for a big part of my life I also felt I didn’t belong in the places and people I found myself surround with. So I always had an almost ineffable longing for deep connection. For a long time, I searched for it in all the wrong places. And it was not until I looked for all I longed for inside myself, that I started manifesting in the outside my desired reality.
In 2015, after a strong burn-out, I had my first encounter with yoga, tantra, and meditation on a little island in Thailand. A big shift happened back then in my life. But this self-discovery and healing journey has been one of many ups and downs.
The last big shift happened when Cacao and other plant medicine came into my life around 3 years ago. Specially, Sacred Cacao touched me in a very profound way, showing me the way to my dreams and deepest desires, and even giving me the courage and inspiration to actually follow them.
It was Mama Cacao that set me on this path. She found me when I was needing her the most and supported me alchemizing a breakdown in a breakthrough. You can read more about my connection to this plant here.
It is part of my mission now to support others walking the sacred journey of coming back to the wisdom within. Through sacred plants such as cacao and blue lotus, and other healing modalities and spiritual paths including: yoga, meditation, sound healing, and non-dual tantra, I hold space for you in ceremony, rituals, classes, and workshops. I create spaces that allow the transformation to happen, and the remembrance of your sacred nature to unfold. Beautiful being, you are magical!
